This a 12’ x 28’ Rustic style ranch house with two lofts above, one bedroom downstairs, a full bath and a kitchen. This house had both a front and a back porch as well. It had Long Leaf Pine floors throughout and Loblolly pine on the ceilings and walls. We also used a classic thick corrugated metal roof and looked like it was on the ranch for more than a century when it was finally set in place.
