If you have a group to load your trucks, trailers, & take home to co-ops, share the experiences of building Sustainable housing and small home communities. This is your chance to unite & succeed!

Once I officially turn 70 on October 8th, I will host the largest living estate and liquidation sale ever seen in central Texas.
October 10th through December 30th, Liquidation of Tiny Texas House warehouses & shops. Tools, treasures, parts, and limited access.
Register for information and updates on which sections will be sold on what weeks and Weekends. Not all things will be for sale at the same time.

Not everyone will be able to attend, but many hundreds, if not thousands, of people will have the opportunity to acquire items they never thought they could have to build with. Please sign up through our Tiny Texas Houses website as these plans are unveiled.
Create tiny homes, communities, and whatever you can dream of, without imports, toxins from building materials, and micro-funded at no interest for selected groups to establish Pure Salvage Building Co-ops locally.
There, they will serve the community, not just corporations far away. Keeping jobs local, elders teaching younger people, or older people, are all skills that may be lost if not passed along before the elders pass.

There are some opportunities to come and work the sale for a week at a time to earn all the parts you may need, if you qualify to do some work physically, or helping account for things, track and communicate so that this can happen with volunteers to keep it possible to sell as much as we can at the lowest cost anyone can imagine, lower than Home Depot. However, only on an approved basis for the larger packages, you can bring a crew to load for towns, communities, homestead ranches, farms, and other locations that will share the knowledge, grow careers for local kids, and individuals looking to change course and learn new skills. There is so much potential if you can build locally.

People who come to help load large packages of materials will either have to be self-insured if they want to load or sign liability waivers in case someone gets hurt while loading out the stuff they will be getting at insanely low prices, and in many cases, with great financing or selling for incredible premiums on silver coins. Yes, 100 times the face value for silver dollars, half dollars, and smaller silver coins minted before 1965. If you have some silver saved up and want to get triple what any silver shop will pay, this is the time to fund your materials to build a home with incredible materials.
Be one of the people to help transform silver coins into homes for the many who need them more than the coins, and get to buy at 1965 prices when using silver has many tax benefits too.

Logistics depend on how big you want to go with the launch. Do you have the local space to warehouse materials or set up a Pure Salvage Outpost, allowing for a workshop and the storage of tools and materials until each house is finished? Then you can roll it out on a trailer or skates to finish once dried in so the next house can get started. This does not have to be a cartoon or a fantasy, but rather an inspiration and a chance to make the Tiny Texas Houses ethos and path a way to bring your dreams to life. Help others, and they can help you if you all work together to get the spaces and the tools at this Liquidation event. The goal is to put the materials into the hands of those who can build and get paid down the road, and along the way, not all at once.

Too much space to let people look around by themselves, so that the sales will be for sections and categories during different weeks and weekends. The sequence and special tours for bigger buyers will be possible by appointment during this liquidation period. The sale in Gonzales may overlap, but it will likely be part of the special appointments. No walk-ins will be accepted for many weeks due to the limited personnel available to assist customers.

If you bring real silver dollars, half dollars, and other silver coins, this package may only cost you $1,000 in silver rather than $10,000 in paper dollars. Significant savings for starting a housing community with silver that pays far better than turning it into the coin stores.

This ad may be outdated by the time you read it. If interested, please check in to see if it is still available. This is a dated ad, and the price has been reduced to under $800,000. The inventory, tools, and contents are planned to be sold during this event, with the remaining items to be sold by January 2026.
Cash and Carry for smaller loads on weekends for the general public, but limited numbers of people on site at any time.
No one can wander unaccompanied at either the Luling or Gonzales warehouses.
