Once I officially turn 70 on October 8th, I will host the largest living estate and liquidation sale ever seen in central Texas.

Not everyone will be able to attend, but many hundreds, if not thousands, of people will have the opportunity to acquire items they never thought they could have to build with. Please sign up through our Tiny Texas Houses website as these plans are unveiled.

Create tiny homes, communities, and whatever you can dream of, without imports, toxins from building materials, and micro-funded at no interest for selected groups to establish Pure Salvage Building Co-ops locally.

There, they will serve the community, not just corporations far away. Keeping jobs local, elders teaching younger people, or older people, are all skills that may be lost if not passed along before the elders pass.

There are some opportunities to come and work the sale for a week at a time to earn all the parts you may need, if you qualify to do some work physically, or helping account for things, track and communicate so that this can happen with volunteers to keep it possible to sell as much as we can at the lowest cost anyone can imagine, lower than Home Depot. However, only on an approved basis for the larger packages, you can bring a crew to load for towns, communities, homestead ranches, farms, and other locations that will share the knowledge, grow careers for local kids, and individuals looking to change course and learn new skills. There is so much potential if you can build locally.

People who come to help load large packages of materials will either have to be self-insured if they want to load or sign liability waivers in case someone gets hurt while loading out the stuff they will be getting at insanely low prices, and in many cases, with great financing or selling for incredible premiums on silver coins. Yes, 100 times the face value for silver dollars, half dollars, and smaller silver coins minted before 1965. If you have some silver saved up and want to get triple what any silver shop will pay, this is the time to fund your materials to build a home with incredible materials.

The goal is to put the materials into the hands of those who can build and get paid down the road, and along the way, not all at once.

The sequence and special tours for bigger buyers will be possible by appointment during this liquidation period. The sale in Gonzales may overlap, but it will likely be part of the special appointments. No walk-ins will be accepted for many weeks due to the limited personnel available to assist customers.

Yes, the idea of living in the trees is an excellent plan for a beautiful and safe home above the dangers on the ground. You could do the same without getting stranded on an island with the beautiful lot on Geronimo Creek in Sequin, Texas.

Year-round great weather, but instead of being stranded without supplies, the supplies and town are just a half mile away. You would not know it by the isolation and quietness of this property, waiting for the houses to arrive and go up into the trees on stilts.

If you ever thought of moving to central Texas, to build a retreat in a safe city, yet still have the beauty of Mother Nature at your back doorstep. This is the dream I had, but others who came after that have enthralled and captivated me, so that I will no longer be able to build my Swiss Family Robinson getaway on this land now. Why not build a tiny main house with master suites up in the trees and walkways to join them, rather than build one big house that you don’t want to give up your privacy in, therefore, do not make an income from your extra spaces. Just a thought in case you are caught up in the idea of freedom of living and thought.

Hermitage and Monticello are great addresses, offering total privacy and minimal building restrictions in a neighborhood with tennis courts, pools, large luxurious houses, and a great location. Why not imagine yourself living there one day?

In my race with the clock to add on another ten pounds before I turn 70, hitting 170 lbs would be an incredible result. That would be a race up from the low of below 145 as I rise past 160 now and on my way to another ten pounds of muscle to be the best I have ever been. No gym… but a bit of home workouts that you can do too if you want to try #Youthing your way back to fitness in your 60-70 year decades… the best.

When you first try it, be cautious to avoid falling over. Start with light weights and then grow them. This may just look like a gypsy wagon abandoned without its wheels. A wagon that traversed the cosmos to be a home for me and give me peace and tranquility that few will find. I hope you see the path to health and freedom lies not in the things you own but in the body and the spirit, thus, no need to roam.

I have had time to think and ponder. I’ve had time to work on Mii, the image that projects to others and the one nobody sees. The spirit rises up in nature, grows like trees, and thus can be free to feel and grow with time to finally see the truth and be an example for the rest to see. What do Wii do with the answers when Wii find them to be true? Share them with the world and find they don’t believe it’s true to see if you can share the news so others can know too.

My home is where I sleep at night, not the place for doing laundry or working through the night. It is my bastion for my sleep, my chance to rebuild cells, create a youthful sight that proves to others what can be if Wii simply do this right. Eat well, sleep well, work and play. These are the things that should consume each day and while you live, fulfil your job, to be the best human instead of a wasted blob of flesh. Honor every moment of being here to give the best example of a person that you can ever be. That is why you are here, born into the world, to learn and grow so you can know God has a plan for you. A plan that you dreamed up before you got the chance to then be “YOU”, that very special person who still has much to do once you see that you are special and God has a job for you.

You have not been forgotten, though at times you feel so. The truth is that you must do more to accomplish what you know is more than simply living, but to be what you can show is a human that is special and will get better as you grow. Get a tiny home to live in, time to learn and grow, to become the best of persons so that you can one day know that you did all you could in life, no matter when you failed, but strife is how you learn to focus and to grow the will to then become a beacon for the truth. Everyone is special in very different ways, and it will take us all together to fix the world once again, after all the coming changes that the cosmos will soon bring. Are you ready for the changes in the world that are coming, and with them, a chance to be the best you’ve ever been?

Start focusing on being healthy, eating right, and more, living in a positive fashion that will bring you happiness galore.

Can you do it? Thus becomes the guiding light for those now dumb? Those who suffer from a lack of will and thus become homeless victims who will suffer till they die alone. The people that they know, who hold them back, will fall away, but the truth is that the self-destruction goes on every day, and until the human finds their God, it will go on this way. How do Wii find a path that they will seek instead of straying, that will lead them back to living right and send their demons all away?

Help provide the means to make a home that they can finally make into a fortress for their soul, a place to rest, a place to go. If they can heal and see the light they they will live to join the fight and save the others too. This is what God meant for some to face and have to do to learn what they must before their life is through. Are you listening, watching to see what your part in the world is, too?
