I would love to design some barn-o-miniums w/ salvaged treasures to save taxes for the owners, and a planet for life.

Did you know that Texas has special tax rules for barns and structures built from salvaged materials? If true for you, it drops the initial value of the structure by 50%. Giant Savings!!!

Some things are being built these days that will not last for centuries like the great old ranches and the farms have proven can be done. I spent the last half of my working life (30 years) proving that you can create homes from what is salvaged from barns, houses, and buildings from all across our wondrous lands. My mission at 71 is to share these concepts, designs, and the ethos that I have proven is possible to maintain when building sustainably and getting tax breaks at the same time.

As I shut down the operations to end this path of showing others how to create healthy sustainable housing, I pray others will carry on the goal.

You can add the windows, doors, and floors, or ceilings, roofing, trim, just enjoy. That is the secret of designing with this treasure from the past that is always different and unique. Being creative and using SpaceMagic to design the spaces and places that will be considered divine examples of what is possible to inspire others more.

What doews your cross you bear, your mission in life that God gave you to do for others, not just you?

Wii who see the path to be the best artisans in centuries who craft a future from a past that time as proven had the quality to last. Why not have a home to be a place you live in for an eternity? There are some ways to have it stay with you as you flow from decade into decade as you age and choose to grow. A home that travels where you go is hard to have but you could keep one, yet grow another where you go and have a series of tiny homes to live in till you go beyond. That is a special home indeed, a Jewelry Box home that you can live in for nearly free for the years that you are there and part of your community.

What doe it mean to have the eyes of your leaders looking over the shoulders of all the people in the kingdom?

Where are the communities that want to grow the master suites and have the common grounds Wii need to grow the gardens, have the animals, and feed the many who will be a art of living organically and free. Greenhouses and garden tending, working for community with communication it can happen naturally. Please consider investing is the wood and windows to create the opportunity with the doors to open for the many who may need a home but are not seeking mansions, just a safe place to rest alone.

Join Mii please, and share the word that salvage has to give: for it means to “save the aged”, not to let the lifetime of the trees die, but empower them to live on, to shelter and assist others, just like us.

Youthing is the salve of life returned to us again. Not just our body but our homes can be examples I can give to prove that this is possible, if you have the faith to truly live.

Salva is the life you give to the aged wood, the windows, and the doors that still can give a life of wise protection without toxins or the things that cost so much to manufacture, unsustainable for Earth.

October Package Sales to get you going on dream making for 2027. 512-636-6756 for an appointment for some materials picks and then the SpaceMagic Designs for you by the creator of the Tiny Texas Houses brand and ethos. Once in a lifetime offer.

Wii, the people that see the value, find the path to bring the best into existence by saving the finest materials ever harvested from the USA by our ancestors, far away in time. Be a part of salvaging the past treasured homes, buildings, and structures that have many great parts to build a future with instead of a bigger landfill. Fifty percent of landfills are building materials. Wake up to the future of saving through salvage.

Changing the paradigm to succeed! Why not create your path in life? At 71, I hand off the baton to younger generations.

If a homestead space in the coming decades shrinks to reasonable sizes, built of quality materials, all American, cared for, can subdivision sheep leave the flock?

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

This series of pictures for how to use the materials I am selling in the coming October sale will make it possible to build ten of these houses for under $100,000 in materials. Few choose to do such wonderous things, but I wanted to remind others, it is possible for I did it. the mission was to show others many ways, nearly eighty designs, and variations created out of 95% Pure Salvage. Hope you, those who see these Proof-of-Concept constructs I created under the moniker of Tiny Texas Houses. Please pick up the baton and carry on kids.

As I enter the 71st year here on Earth, I look back and offer some sales to inspire and enable others to carry on the stewardship of these treasures that will build houses for hundreds if they choose. What will the public do instead after they lose the best materials our country ever produced?

Here are some of the houses and chapels I create after starting in 2007 on a dream that 2008 was a transformative time for me… the creation of Tiny Texas Houses and the beginning of a path that would eventually end when my dear son Adam Brad Kittel passed away in Paris France. The thrill was gone.

That lead to creating Salvage, Texas, my ashram to remediate the industrial landfill I had accidentally bought to build Tiny Texas Houses. It was from my ethos based on the best of our past resources being saved, used once more to create the best housing in America. That applied to the land . If you watch the videos you will see that changed for a while too.

Times change…

Tiny was my best way to show in the smallest package, the value of the Jewelry Box Home that could be portable and habitable, taxable in an advantageous way that would allow you to hand it off like an heirloom to your children or grandchildren, much as many of the houses had gone through before we finally salvaged them after 150 years of life.

Homestead can become homesteads again for the masses who do not want a trailer to live in made of materials that doghouse should not be made out of, let alone human housing for sake of all the toxins in the materials used as well as the fact that they are new, adding to the trash, transport, and forced to use due to code written by the manufacturers and required by law.

https://substack.com/home/post/p-189280678

The process has made the builders and buyers of homes victims of a system that is intended to keep you buying materials for maintenance, replacement every 7-10 years, and other traps that modern housing has built into it. While the houses are going up in cost, the value is not as they are limited life disposable homes for the most part.

Sad to see the masses fall for trailers on Wheels (RVs) passed off as houses at high costs for trailers with tires that will rot with the houses sitting on them, but faster than the time it takes to pay off the loans. I wonder at the success of the marketing by big media controlled by advertisers, and others that convince so many that they can live in toxic boxes without enough clean air being exchanged to stay healthy, yet no mention of that anywhere in the industry.

Still, the intention was to show that tiny organic toxin / import-free housing is possible with salvage, American labor, very little environmental damage, and energy cost to build. Paramount was to demonstrate that you can do it locally if you all get together and support Pure Salvage Outposts to teach, build, gather the materials donated by locals, and the wisdom of the craftsman retiring who could teach the few kids who do want to know how to build. Please help where it is needed, locally.

More could be building these houses all over the USA, and trust me, now, many want them. I never understood when I started and thought that many would copy, why no one really took the effort to do it right… Copy my research and methods, please… they were meant to show everyone how to do it, not to do one for everyone who wanted one cheaper than anyone who did not love doing it could build them for.

The profit-driven alternatives, faster, cheaper, toxins-be-damned attitude that took over the industry of tiny housing is disgusting for its lack of attention to the financial and human health of buyers over the decade after purchase.

Can you see the changes in the look from one owner to another? It was in Bastrop on the Colorado River and then moved to West Point, Texas, on a 23-acre setting. That is the beauty of a portable house, not the ugly trailer and narrow size that is not good for decorating or feeling like this makes you feel.

Some things are very hard to duplicate today… especially great stained glass.

So many traps and so few speaking out as the fan club for Tiny Houses on Wheels was touted by all the major networks and pushed into the realm of a monstrous following. Next in this cycle of sale to grave come the consequences, and they have been many but as yet, not getting a lot of attention: health, transport, parking, maintaining tires, etc., will all need to be factored into the big picture before this story can be fully told. Will anyone want to tell it? Not if they were part of making it all happen. They will be gone.

Some know, have paid the price of health, wealth, and the frustration of not being able to find a place to put the giant expensive homes. Time will tell the story, but I always like to put the house on piers and use the trailers that cost megabucks to do other things until needed to move again. Oh well… one can show the path, offer it to all the sheep that pass as they are led to the cliffs by the shepherds who claim to be leading them, but in fact only to their death.

Sheep do not ask where they are being led to, shearing or slaughter. They simply follow the tail in front of them, never questioning and savoring being part of the crowd that shares all their ailments and pains in common. None will know there was a better path unless they get near the fringe of the flock and see the trees, forests, and waters beyond. Instead, they are too busy looking at the ground for the grass or the butt of another sheep to know where to go next. Pity.

I was born deformed, by mistake, a sickly kid who would take being bullied, hated, beaten as I walked away.

70 years later I am no longer crippled, though still somewhat deformed, inside & out. The lessons that Wii choose to live before Wii volunteer for Life are meant to make us stronger as Wii age.

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

AUG 14, 2026

I have lived a life of hard lessons. Most were gifted to Mii, the “I” that others see, and the Spiritual Being that operates inside of the body that I wear, the bionic computer beyond compare that enables Mii, like other Beings, to communicate and dare: Imagine.

I live for my imagination as it needs to become real to help recover from disasters brought to Earth by Man’s will. Wii can stop the madness once Wii join as One around the world and have Tribunals that will save Earth from the evil ones that rule. Idealism, fantasy, and hopium, all gathered into a lifetime, from crippled to empowered, from aging poorly to #Youthing successfully and proving Wii are more than media and our governments want you to believe. Wake up kids, the party is about to start and only the Awakened make it to the end of this phase and on to thrive in the next. Never give up hope, power, or your unique individuality. Wii need all of those who came into life as part of the Light Brigade that is being turned on Now!

Will it happen, just in stories told by Darby to the world. No one will ever believe the answers are as simple as our Faith and Love, as powerful as God above, for the guide that leads us into wars is now the answer and our cause. Stop the wars to profits and power. Stop the trafficking of all, humans, animals, and other Beings that deserve the Rights of all who can communicate in other languages that human alone.

Wii have the means to understand them. Wii have the proof others exist besides the humans that some assume rule the world and all they see. The truth is coming out to greet you if you are just Waking Up and finding that the great illusions are the lies someone made up. Truly Man is better than the leaders who have run the world and yet the worst examples rule the world as if it were their own and seek to enslave the world for them. The internet is making this transparency the tool for us to finally have the facts come out, to track down the evil ones at the top and without immunity or control, be tried before a world court.

Imagination is the foundation for most of our greatest societies. What goes wrong?

The time has come for all to rise as one around the world, surprise, for the leaders don’t expect Wii can assemble as a modern Man, and join with others from all the land. Yes peace is possible with time and going back to local ways to find the path to peace and how to thrive. Just a dream, a fantasy, the story that is Wibblry. A set of words passed down to Man to share and thus to understand. This is what was told to man, in different words, it means the same. A common bond, a source of life, a Ying and Yang that leads to strife but also teaches and empowers us to learn and smell the flowers, feel the heartbeats of the world and join as One, stop the killing fields.

Take care of your vessel, your gift from God. However you may call the name, the energy of life, the source of souls, or spirit, the energy of live, its call Wub in this Wibblry that is meant to free the Light. It is in you, not at the pulpit. It comes from sources not on Earth. It is the force that makes life happen, computers by the ultimate source of the holographic world that can be created out of thoughts.

Which came first, the premonition or the surreality that seems fated? — 50 years to write, draw, create the fantasy that came nearly true while it was being written.

Join in the perspective, that you are a part of God, doing what you came to do to free the world of all that Lucifer, or Satan, the names are many for the evil forces now at work to conquer Man once more. Stop the madness in its tracks, WUB has come to settle the score by uniting the Wubbers and exposing the scores of those who sought to dominate this world for ever more.

The Christos is the Light that comes, the rising of the force that will take out all the enemies of what Wii have come to fight, abusing other Beings on this planet is not right. Wii are here, the Beings of Light, the Brigades from other Worlds that Unite. The InterCosmic Society of WUB is ever strong in the fantasy of what will be when the right time comes along. That time is here.

What will the world do when the time comes to stand up to fight the evil in the final days?

Just a fantasy, nothing else to see, so share and let the hearts and love for Rubbles rise, the worms, bees, and birds, that tell of how healthy our dear planet is or if Wii can survive the pollution, wars, and toxins sprayed into the sky each night. Stop the madness from within by having Wubbers link and send the truths that Whistleblowers find and finally Wii can stop this train. The cars are full of politicians, billionaires with the suspicion that Wii, the ones that see and know, will take them out before the go into hiding. Who will protect them from the masses who figure out the vax and taxes are the means to take their lives and use their money to defy our laws or enforce Noahide Laws and kill all who refuse?

Stop the censorship of the Truth and use the internet to expose the evil, greed, and corruption, then Global Tribunals… not war.

Stop the genocide and killing. Stop the leaders who make it so. Stop the madness as like always, revolutions must come and go. Please find ways to make this peaceful though they are at the end of their ropes and are intent to use the Scorched Earth factor to win the war and rule the world. Fire is their friend and worse, controlling the weather to flood and bring the curse that prophesy has said will come, but does it have to, can the the Good Guys Win

Today is the beginning, the future a product of our decisions as a species, not just a nation.

I have faith and will continue to write of this fantasy where by the world can reach a point where all the Beings communicate and reach agreements that will save the habitats of all who have a place here now. Stop the madness and the taking. Stop the genocide, not of just people, but of nature, insects, animals, all found on Earth.

So it goes, my soapbox for the dayz that Wii are in.

Soon to be published, the “Book of Wibblry and Wub.”

What is the past but a treasureload of ideas, some turned into objects valued highly, yet some not recognizable in a modern world. Amazing resources, imagination, and industry once thrived in the USA.

If a picture holds a thousand words, you have just spun through ten thousand words with very few written on this page, just images.

For the big sale, most of these things will be available for new homes. What did you see that you might want? What did you see? You had no clue what it was?

Please share and tell friends who might be interested in expanding their collections of unique and unusual stuff, parts for houses, and solutions that are creative and will last for lifetimes.

Memorial Day Weekend will be raining heavily, so why not shop at the biggest vintage building parts sale in history?·

This is a chance to find the parts to create a dream escape pod for your homestead.

Thinking of things to do while the rain is pouring down on Memorial Day weekend, not that it is clear it will be raining through it all? How about visiting the biggest inventory sale for incredible architectural treasures, lumber, and parts to build small houses, or big mansions, and have a home to be proud of when finished.

For those who were not aware of Tiny Texas Houses and Discovery Architectural Antiques, both started by Brad W. Kittel in the 1990s, and in 2007, when Tiny Texas Houses was formed with the massive inventories from the largest architectural warehouses in Texas.

All of the warehouses have been mothballed for ten years now. However, many of them will be emptied now as I am retiring from this business, still with hopes someone else will buy into it and continue onward with my ethos of All-American materials, no plastic, vinyl, or chemicals to inhale like new houses all have. This is my dream; I hoped to offer a generation, but I have run out of time and now must shut it all down if the heirs to this do not show up soon. When my son passed on to the next life early, he left me with no heirs. To that end, I pray that God provides the people to finish what I started, but if it is not His will, it will not happen. So it goes.

What will you do to carry on the ethos of Pure Salvage Building?

I created this acres-wide pond that was thirty feet deep in my early 60s, after losing my son. I just did as I was directed by a higher authority to prove I believed the prophecy that this is what I would see if I dug deep, focused, and had faith. Miracles happen all the time, but few recognize them.

Who chooses to bear a cross in a society that tends to attack those who do? What cross do you carry?

Our belief systems, God, and path that Wii are assigned in our gifted lifetime are personal, individual; a job assigned to you, no one else. Will you step up to carry your cross, do your job?

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

MAY 18, 2026

I bear my cross with a smile, despite the slivers, the weight, or the place it may be planted; I will carry it with pride, having been given the chance to carry a message that will benefit many when I am gone.

How many of us find our cross to bear and choose to carry it, regardless of the consequences, the attacks, the ugliness of the society that it must be carried by to get to the destination, the point at which the world will pay attention, change direction, and create a better place for those who follow us?

Windows, doors, tubs, trim, siding, 1×12, and so much more to create a home.

I gathered the materials, created a path, and a way to create housing for the many in need. Will the people do the right thing and create the solutions using no more than human energy and imagination? I wonder as I set about disbursing the massive inventory it will take to launch a perspective in housing, helping build your home to offset the cost, to help others create a home for life, too.

Windows to view the storms from a safe home, to see the opportunity, and wake up, go outside, and create a home for you or others who need it.

https://tinytexashouses.substack.com/publish/post/36382823

What are you doing to make the world a better place for others, not just the ones you know and love, but the masses that also need to be assisted, if Wii, the many that can see the need, and do the work to make the world a better place?

Why not use the best parts from our past to create an incredible, sustainable, and healthy home?

I am liquidating the bulk of the inventories that have been stashed away for these times. Now you can escape the toxic building materials syndrome that is destroying the health of the people who live in them, ignorant of the damage being done to their bodies. There is only one body for us to live in for life, a vessel that can easily be destroyed, broken, painful, and turning life into a living Hell for those who make the mistake of believing the manufacturer has any concern whatsoever for the buyers of their toxin filled tiny houses on wheels, RVs, and other forms of housing that people have resorted to as the cost of standard housing becomes prohibitive for 30% of the population in America. What comes next if people do not consider the least expensive, best quality materials left on the planet, the salvage from past construction that is far superior to the product offered in big box stores today?

June will be the next round of liquidation sales, thinning down from 300 houses’ worth of materials to a few dozen to maybe build before the end of the year, if people want to learn how in seminars through the summer and fall, after which there may not be any Tiny Texas Houses anymore if there are not some others who come to carry on. Are you one of the builders of the future who knows how to build houses that will last for a century? Healthy, all-American parts, labor, and a lifetime of housing our children, and theirs.

What do you have planned for 2026? Why not create homes, solutions, and a future for others that will be appreciated until those who live there pass on? This gift will give their home decades for their loved ones, once they are gone. Such is the life of a quality home, instead of the disposable form that homes come in now. You will make a difference in a life that will pay forward for generations. Are you willing to do what it takes to help make the world a better place? Will you carry a cross and sacrifice for the benefit of thousands?

Last chance to get a bunch of materials, enough to build your tiny home at prices even Home Depot can not compete with.

If you compare the Sears Catalog from 1910 to 1929 & you will see a big jump in the costs, but nothing compared to now. Shocked?

You might see prices like this in the upcoming liquidation sales at the largest warehouses of their kind in Texas. After decades in mothballs, collections of hard-to-find lumber, windows, and doors, as well as stunning trim, hardware, and glass, are nearly all going to be sold by July 4th, when the second warehouse sale comes to its climax and ends.

If I could find the wood to build such doors and have a $5-10 profit margin each, what would the labor cost be? On this day of 1910, one could work 6 – 10 to 12-hour days a week every week, rarely a vacation, and only a few holidays. The dollar bought a day’s work from a man who was skilled, but less if not.

If the parts are here to create quality, it is clear that true craftsmen and artists will use them if they can afford them. Now, for a brief moment, the most amazing stuff ever collected is being made available to the public to build many tiny houses across the USA. Come with the trailer, a list, and a plan to carry stuff off to the houses again.

What does that translate into for a modern house in 2026? $2,000-$3,000 sounds like a lot, but it buys imported, modern copies that do not last a lifetime. Why not get the real, good stuff at the liquidation sale? Remodel your classic Sears cottage with classic parts or build a house from scratch with them.

Otherwise, you can find lower-quality plastic or veneer at big-box stores that lack longevity, are imported, outgas, and are likely built to last for 15 years or less. That is what the system offers at big-box stores and is used to build houses today.

Who knows? On the last day of the sale in Gonzales, Texas, Memorial Day Weekend could be the time to see some doors, window sashes, and more go for prices no one has seen in at least 50 years.

April 30, 2026April 30, 2026

Have you ever seen the Sears Catalog Houses w/ one page loan application?

Incredible prices for houses, big and small, but you can still get what you need at incredibly low prices at the upcoming sale. True, it’s a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, with designs so easy to use and see results with the same windows, doors, and parts that were of superb quality back in the day of Quality in American products.

One need not use the older designs, but the windows and doors will work fine for any sort of modern art home you could build; you can use these parts to make it last a lifetime for you, too.

Look at the doors and windows, at the trim, and even more, the quality of the hardware, and the other things you see are still on houses used today. It’s been over a hundred years since they were shipped and built by men and women, all communities that worked together to become towns with homes for one and all.

You will never see more for sale than this liquidation of the two warehouses, which will take two months to complete. People will have the chance to get the most in the first sales at the College St. warehouse as they will when the sales move out to the location at 333 Salvage Way where hardware, stained glass, and other more precious things will be sold along with the tools, fasteners, and other things necessary to create a couple of Pure Salvage Outposts in other places to continue building with parts lfrom here and more that will come if you do.

I will be assembling a few packages of windows and doors that will allow people to recreate the houses shown in the pictures above. This is the chance for many to benefit and grow their dreams into real houses. I hope you will join us for one of the weekends and have a chance to win one of the door-and-window packages that will be a door prize for participants in the biggest Salvage & Architectural Antiques liquidation sales ever.

Imagine how easy it was to get a loan for a package then.

If you fill one out and want a loan for a year, up to five years on a package of materials, not as big as these were, but good to help you get your home built for sure, let me know by sending it to us at Darbypsl@gmail.com as we may offer a few loan packages if good people who can do that apply.

Liquidation Sale notes and link to a video on the Memorial Day Weekend Salvage Sale UPDATE!

I have not found a way to post a video on this website, but I can surely link to it on YouTube, also known as Tiny Texas Houses.

What would you create if you were to have a choice.?

Videos about the Liquidation Sales, as well as some opportunities for tours, before big sale buys, and a chance to open a Pure Salvage Outpost with some of the vast resources that will be parted out over the next few months.

https://www.youtube.com/live/gwPdLGDi3yc

Please consider sharing and viewing if you have any interest in building a home from All-American parts and pieces, such as windows, doors, and trim, from a time when our ancestors had great virgin resources that created the best of homes. Sustainable living means using the best of our past, still good for a hundred more years of life as a home, rather than buying new stuff that will not last a decade.

Buy a home for life instead of giving your life for a home that dissolves and becomes a maintenance nightmare. Buyers should always beware of modern construction and learn before they burn away their health. That is not a path that you can return from easily once done. Your home is your castle, not a coffin if you buy the right one.

Hope to see you get the parts and pieces to create a community of tiny and small houses that work together to create a homestead instead of a McMansion or two, and pave the rest or put grass on the rest of the land.

Blessings to your Memorial Day celebrations, perhaps aggregations of the materials that respect the work of the ancestors who supported the boys in the war by working in the places these parts were being built between and during the World Wars for the Veterans Home loans of the times. Yes, time repeats with an amazing accuracy that can not be ignored. Never forget or throw away the best parts of our past that will take us to a better future.
