Get the materials for free up front, build your tiny home, and pay if you can down the road, when it is finished.

Never before has there been an offer for the materials for many to begin creating their dream home, community, and future. My downfall can be the foundation for your future, for free.

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

OCT 10, 2025

Imagine getting the materials, building a home, and paying for it down the road when you are able… no rush…

This will be a limited offer: perhaps 200 people will be able to build a home with materials I will provide, without being paid in advance and likely not paid at all for many of them. This is the chance I will offer many, yet few will take advantage of it. Hopefully, it will not lead to more problems for me, but instead make others’ dreams possibly turn into realities.

Have you got the people to load the windows, doors, floors, and more? Do you have a place to build a tiny home? Do you have a way to come and pick up all the parts? That is where the process starts.

We have several houses on the property and in progress that will have to leave if I lose this final round. Are you interested in a tiny home?

Get the drawings and a plan. Get the people, trucks, or vans. Trailers are filled with what you need; if you can do it with God’s speed, come and get the parts you need to seed your dreams and grow them into your reality.

Yes, I am letting people load up, add up the value, and go without paying in advance for the parts for their homes. Not just anyone, but those who get hold of us and prove they are good people, with a need for a home and the people to put it together, if I send you home with the parts to do it with. Yes, we can help with the plans. But I can no longer build them for people and hope others will carry on my role.

I want good people to have a chance to build a home, to take a stance and show that it can be done with salvaged materials, and to make it last longer, look better, and be affordable. If it can be proven possible for the people to do this, maybe more will take on the salvage mining and building as a route to self-employment and housing the many homeless who are good people in bad situations. This can be a path to community solutions if the people join in and help. Will they?

Adam is gone, no heirs to carry on, and the time has apparently come to unload a lifetime of dreams that were intended to help his generation recover from my generation’s damage to the world. I am making this offer fully knowing that most will think I am simply crazy, ignore the opportunity, and many will go on as if I never existed. That is life, but for a few, I want to do what I can. Are you one of the people who will help?

Historically, the answer is no. One last try to see if I can inspire others, then I am done. No one had come along to take over the role of creating examples of Pure Salvage Building. Gone is the hope that this would catch on and become a popular method to build healthy, sustainable homes. Instead, everyone seems to want the new materials that are outgassing and unhealthy, but look pretty. I cannot change the tastes shaped by giant corporations through advertising, which shape social opinion and tastes.

Life is a big cartoon, for some it is a nightmarish one with challenges. Please help overcome them for the many who need help.

So if you are interested in coming to get a load of materials to build, contact us at Brad@tinytexashouses.com, and we will send out a questionnaire to make sure you can handle the task of loading, then taking it away to build a dream house or community. Please let us know if you are interested, able, and willing to become an example of success in the home-building world of salvage.

Get the materials, plans, and go to task, create a home, and if good enough, perhaps a business to build homes for others who need and want healthy houses.

30 people will get to have the materials to build a home and be able to pay for them later, when finished. Test run for more?

This is a very limited offer with conditions that must be met to qualify, and you must be approved. There is a questionnaire to

Tiny Texas Houses Newsletter's avatar

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

OCT 11, 2025

What is the questionnaire for? To help us figure out who those winners will be who go off and build houses with the project materials, financed with the caveat that you will pay later, once the home is built and you can thrive. No one has ever made such an offer, and we want the recipients to be able to complete their dream —not just take a bunch of windows and doors to sell to others or pile them up and never finish building their dream home.

What do you need to do to get a package of materials that will give you most of what you need to build a home?

Where are you doing it?

How will you get the materials to your site? Who is going to help you build it so as so be sure it is possible?

Do you have the funds to buy the nails, screws, and other parts we can’t supply? You cannot complete the tasks without these things; in fact, you cannot get approved to pick up materials without answering these questions.

Do you have access to the tools to do the work?

Do you have a place to store your materials while you are building?

Do you have land to build on? If not, no need for materials.

Do you have the help to bring with you to load the trucks or trailers you bring? I do not have the money to pay to load your stuff too.

Why do you want to build a house out of salvaged materials?

How old are you and your team that will build the house, community, or project? This could be for the community kitchen, a home for an elder, child, or yourself, but there will need to be others to help build it out, and thus be capable.

When can you get here? This will be a scheduled series of arrivals and loading out for a day each, hopefully moving quickly so others can come too. There will be limits on our time and ability to process people.

What will you do for 2025-2026 to create a home for you or one you love?

Are you self-insured for your health or accidents? You will need to sign a liability waiver for your time on the property while gathering and loading. If you get hurt in any way for any reason, it is your responsibility to fix yourself, pay for doctors, and not sue me for trying to give you a chance to build a home. Yes, some would try to sue for the big lottery win, and I do not want anyone like that here on my property.

Are you physically able to load your stuff or walk in warehouses that are not handicapped-accessible? Regrettably, the warehouses are not wheelchair-accessible, and no areas are wheelchair-accessible. The danger and risk are too great, and I cannot ensure anyone’s safety. If you expect me to ensure your safety, stop now. Do not answer questions or think you can come, as I cannot accommodate special needs during this period. I do not have the staff.

As I bring this chapter of my life to an end, you can benefit and grow a career, a home, or an idea. What will you do with this opportunity? Share?

When are you able to come to load, and how many people can you bring to help so that the loading goes quickly?

Are you able to give us some money in advance, or do you need everything provided for free up front? Obviously, we need some money to operate, keep the lights on, and pay the people who will be here to help others, so those who can make an up-front offering will be put at the front of the list.

Having a thousand dollars to start on a whole trailer full of stuff does not seem out of reach or beyond possibility, but I realize it can be impossible for some, and likely means they do not have the means to build out a house, too. We will consider each case and do our best to help those who deserve it most and have the greatest chance of successfully building their homes, to demonstrate to others that this is possible.

Do you have the funds to proceed once we provide the doors, windows, and other parts, or are you dead broke and this trip would wipe out your savings? I do not want this to be your demise, so I want to be sure you can complete the task once you start.

Are you willing to come volunteer and help others load their goods, and possibly participate in some building to learn how to do siding, roofing, or other aspects, as we will keep a couple of projects going for training while these next few months pass?

I have packages that you could use and pay me for in the future, knowing some will not come through, but it is a chance for you to thrive, grow a business, and enjoy being alive to help others.

Depending on the outcome, if we get support and help from others around the world, there might be a school here to teach others how to build. Alternatively, there may only be an empty building and a memory —a vacant building that will house the dead dreams that could have been but never manifested for lack of public interest; it was gathered and meant to house one day. That dream may turn into a giant fire and blaze as the new year arrives.

Ultimately, 30 years of efforts to teach others how to create homes from salvage will be shuttered and left behind. I will write books, maybe never to be read, but assuredly, the opportunity for hundreds to build houses from the saved treasures will be gone forever by the end of the year. I had hoped this facility would provide working spaces for small businesses building chicken coops, dog houses, people houses, and more from salvaged materials, and that this would take off and help many. Instead, no one seems to want to help that dream come true by investing their money, time, or effort, so I can honestly say, as I shutter these operations, that I gave it 30 years and was proven wrong.

Onward, without a great plan to help the many when this is gone. I will write some books for those who do want to build the most environmentally sustainable, healthy houses possible. It was a plan without the necessary support of people who wanted to fix the problems of toxic housing. Clearly, not an issue for the majority of Americans, even though they and their loved ones will suffer for a lifetime because of problems with modern construction. No matter, no worries, no solutions coming down the line, as the builders perpetuate the problem by building cheaper, lower-quality homes and charging more for them year after year as the quality nose-dives.

If you want to participate and possibly get the materials to build a home, start by writing a paper that answers these questions. If you are a likely candidate and we agree, we will get back in touch with you within a few days of receiving your answers to these questions, and we may send a follow-up questionnaire to those who qualify based on their answers.

My goal is to find some people who deserve this opportunity so they can prove to others what is possible. I hope to inspire others to go into the business of salvage mining, salvage building, and hunting down the treasures to save before they rot or burn to the ground. Please share and see who you might help into a great home for life. Also, get that community started for the no-vax, organic, and homesteading lifestyle, so new tribes can grow healthy and toxin-free.

This is one of the most fantastic examples of a portable house, not on wheels for life but for a trip out to its homestead, then on the road again, and finding a new homestead where it would sit for a lifetime. Once you take a quick glance and read the incredible transplant and final homestead for this home, you will appreciate what it is like to own a portable home that holds its value for a lifetime, or a few.

https://www.youtube-nocookie.com/embed/tk-Lhk9hDK8?start=69s&rel=0&autoplay=0&showinfo=0&enablejsapi=0

The first couple who took an inheritance from an uncle and I created a house within their budget, which was much less than it was worth, but they got to raise their son, Bo, in it for a while before moving near their parents and having to decide. They had to leave their home behind and sell it to finance their lives, and then they went on to have another child.

About that time, the young man came to work for us and brought his house to re-sell and deliver to the man who made some changes to the floorplan, a shower instead of a tub, and created a different feel with his wife, who decorated it so fine.

They were fans and readers of the magazine, so fine, Cowboys & Indians is certainly the design. So, brought it back to Salvage, Texas, where it was displayed upon the hill above IH10 again.

Within two weeks, it was bought by a man who was battling cancer and wanted to put it on some land next to a big pond, with trees and a peaceful setting to heal and recover from his chemotherapy and poor health.

Within weeks of its arrival, a cash sale for more than the young couple paid for it, and Wii, the group of “I”s with me that got to see and learn what was possible. Wii put it on a trailer, took it down the roads, and fitted it in a sweet position where his new life and peace would grow. He had a few years there before he left this Earth to then join God. His place brought him a great retreat from the business life and the stress that can take over our lives, if not dealt with early, can take our health away.

He found peace at the end by doing less and seeing more as he created a landscaped paradise that he could leave behind for here, his love and partner, as he left this world a better place.

Blessing to the houses and the energy they bring with the cells of trees a thousand years old that are in stasis as the seeds for understanding the value of the life God brings for all to see. Honor it and cherish the people of our past and the lessons that they learned before returning to the place where spirits watch the rest of us figure out this crazy show.

May you all find the peace and simplicity of salvage building that helps create the space this way, so that others can preserve and serve to carry on the torch this way.

Please enjoy the video that was made when his widow left to continue after her mate had passed. Their lives, though surely blessed, led to her leaving to go back to a town where she was born, and others took over stewarding this incredible fine form of Salvage Building. Thanks to those who care for it for many decades more.

Nearly all of them you see can now be bought or used for very reasonable prices.

This is a rare sale that allows you to reduce your sales tax by 100 times by using the face value of the coins instead of their silver value. You can buy junk silver at the pawn shop or online and get four times the value if you use it to buy materials during the Silver Dollar Summer Sale, where I hope to sell a million or two in materials for a mere 200,000 silver dollars.

Want to save a few million on an incredible roof for a home or complex of condos? That is one of the most significant values being offered up. Yes, a roof that will last for three hundred years, fending off hail storms, immune to fire and DEW laser weapons, indeed, the best roof and beautiful in Cobalt Blue, why not use it for 15 silver dollars to buy 100 square feet of what would cost $1,500 dollars per 100 square foot of coverage, for the same quantity in paper dollars rather than the sale which is better yet… $15 pre-1965 coins… no sales tax in Texas if over $1,000 in silver coins are used to buys 100 sf of tile for the roof by the thousand at $15-20 for trim and field tile. Save a couple million dollars at that price. Wow!!!!

This can be purchased with silver coins for $15 per square foot.

Perhaps you know people who would buy it for a reasonable price, and you could thus make a small fortune by converting dollars into silver, purchasing the materials, and then selling them for paper dollars at four times the price. This enables people to get all the materials for building a home at 25% of the retail price of paper money. This creates a window of opportunity to profit from the exchange rate that Tiny Texas Houses is offering to the public for the next two months. Are you ready to make a move and just need more money? Why not create wealth by buying silver and exchanging it for materials, thereby increasing your purchasing power by a factor of four?

That means the $5,000 parts kit will only cost $1,500 in silver dollars, quarters, dimes, half-dollars, or silver dollars. Silver Eagles buy you even more, $150 of retail buying power per coin.

Heaven on the Brazos had many great examples of what you can do to create a paradise home for you.

This is one of the Zebu sisters, and it is about to be resold, remodeled, and made available as well. I want it to stay and live in Salvage, Texas, perhaps with you?

Here is another of the Zebu Sisters that may be available for purchase and ownership, as the present owners have moved away from the land where they reside and are willing to sell them back to be restored, attesting to the beauty of salvage building. Interested? Contact me at brad@TinyTexasHouses.com

If you want to build a bigger home, no problem, the discount goes as far as you want to take it, so that you could get all the windows, doors, floors, siding, roofing, and trim, even the hardware, for twenty-five percent of the normal prices, which were already wholesale priced. Do you want to make the move and create a home in the woods, on the land, surrounded by critters and trees, instead of an apartment in a giant complex?

This is an opportunity to also have a home in Salvage, Texas, as your getaway or a place to live full-time. Yes, the option to have a space next to the ponds to fish in, in the woods where the critters nest, share the greenery, and create a peaceful setting that makes healthy living easier than in the city. Less noise, crime, stress, and cost to live. Why would anyone choose a city to live in if they did not need it for a job? What is your goal in the future as you try to find ways to stay ahead of inflation?

Check out the chance to make a massive income by brokering materials that could make you huge profits if you buy with silver and sell with cash to buy more silver and keep the cycle of growing money for the next few months. Yes, buy silver, convert it into materials, and build tiny houses that are healthy and sustainable. You can make a profit of up to $10,000-$30,000 on each one, depending on your needs and desires, offering a great deal to others.

That part is up to you, but my goal is to empower others and help those in need of housing to obtain it at a lower cost. This is the path to help you do that if you are one of the few who want to do what they can to make life better for all those who need help, from children to the elderly, who need assistance.

What about buying a home at one-quarter of the value by using silver while this offer is available? I seriously doubt that any big box store or other retailer will make an offer as generous as this one for the public to cash out the silver without paying capital gains on their profits, or to buy junk silver and make massive profits on the sale of what you could buy and resell or use to make millions.

How about a house already built for $5,000 in silver dollars? Yes, that means a savings of $4,000 in sales tax for a $50,000 purchase. The savings in sales taxes, as well as capital gains that will not be taxed, provide a legal means to circumvent them. The tax loopholes in Texas also include being able to get the barnominium you build taxed at half the value it would be if you used all new materials to create it. You can obtain the materials for 25% of the cost compared to using paper money, credit cards, or cash, and then avoid most property taxes for the rest of your life. The savings are amazing for using salvaged materials, but with the Silver Dollar Summer sale, you will make incredible profits and progress in developing a business that is in high demand, creating small homes for the many who want them.

Yes, a $1 silver coin, pre-1963, will buy you $100 in high-quality vintage materials like Longleaf Pine, Black Walnut, and Cypress, as well as windows, doors, floors, and trim. Why not build with the best at prices, with the Silver Dollar Sale, that no big box store anywhere can compete with? Why would anyone pay full price for an inferior product when they can buy the best for less during this rare chance to help me clean out the warehouses and bring a career to a close?

Join me for the biggest sale and opportunity like never before offered by anyone. Be the one to see it, share it, or take full advantage and become a millionaire faster this way by converting dollars to silver, quadrupling the value, and making tons of profits from the opportunity most will never hear about until it is over. Join me if you dare to become incredible. Darby@PureSalvageliving.com

What would imagination be composed of
if you were to find it physically hidden in the brain?
What would you do with a big glob of imagination
if you found it? Would it cause a stain?

I would spread it to the world, I saw,
beyond my eyes and head,
to cause it to transform instead
of being what it is.

I would form the pools of water
filled with energy
that Wii could then enter into
through the rain to be recharged.

I would create crystals that would
charge it in the sun,
and swim in it to reclaim my youth,
Then to be healthier.

I would share it with the world,
but limit it indeed,
for if they all came to indulge,
It would no longer be
pure and simply part of nature,
that very few can see.

The Fountain to Youthing
has been found, but few can see the Light.
The water that is fully charged
and the truth that proves this right.

No one can change your attitude
If you believe as I do,
that aging meant I would grow weak,
the worst of all the lies
that I was told when I was young
a crippled child who would cry
and be spanked for expressing
any pain I felt inside.

So long ago, I hardly know how
It would come to be
that I could learn from Youthing
Find a path where I am free
of the pain and suffering
of my youth
Due to how I once believed.

There is a path to live pain-free
and rebuild your entire body.
There are ways you can turn back time
and live a life that is sublime.

Some would say it can not be,
I was one of those, yes, me.
But then I learned,
After Adam died,
I had to start all over
at fifty-five,
a time when most
that I had known,
could not come back to life
through #Youthing find
after being blind,
that our best times
are not seen,
until Wii reach our sixties,
When Wii finally see more clear.

Who knew. #Youthing works.
Gratitude as I face 70 full of the Light,
The water is clear within,
and the faith in God
is ever near,
The battle won
Nothing to fear
Thus, life is good.

JUL 19, 2025

Why not join with others to establish a homestead community, or a grouping where the people in the group can share the responsibility of creating a place that all the inhabitants love and want to maintain? The problems with trying to make a homestead alone is that it takes and enormous amount of work and becomes your anchor if you do not have other people to share the responsibilities that come with caring for the chickens, goats, pig, or other critters that are everywhere when you live in the woodsy part of the world where ponds support beavers, otters, fish, and turtle while the migrating birds all watch and feed on the food rich oasis.

What many people dream of having—a place of peaceful retreat from the work and stress of the workplace or city—may seem like an impossible dream to attain, but it is not. Are you one of the people who want to live outside the city but can not find a path to get there? Why not consider moving into a space that allows you to have a portable home, which could be placed on a trailer one day and relocated to a new place if you choose? This is finally possible at Salvage, Texas. Yes, I am opening up 10-15 spaces for houses by the ponds, in the trees, and on the hilltops if desired.

Have a waterfront space without any danger of flooding, peaceful frogs singing the night away with crickets and birds filling in as they stay in paradise every night with you.

Imagine having your tiny getaway secured in a community that takes care of it while you travel and keeps it all secure for when you return from your world travels. This allows us all to come and go without worrying about who will be taking care of our pets and the community while we are away. That is one of the most important things you must consider if you start that proverbial 5-10 acres of land you imagine for your homestead. The problem is, when you leave, if your family is the only occupant, how do you keep it safe, the animals fed, watered, and emergencies dealt with in a timely fashion? No one, except a neighbor, if lucky, and that one has issues too.

This is one of my Tiny Texas Houses that wants to come back home from Garden City, Texas, where it sits, abandoned by the ranchers. The land is riddled with oil wells and smells that cannot be healthy, so they did not stay in a place that smells like sulfur all the time from the fracking and the gas wells scattered across the land.

I have houses in progress that I plan to buy and sell as I open up some spaces so that others can join us in Salvage, Texas. We have a place to stay for a lifetime, contingent on the buyers agreeing to become part of a community-minded goal of exemplifying what could be possible through a small group of people, mostly elders who can teach the younger generations about preserving the skills and wisdom of past generations. If possible, I hope to create a venue for teaching others and, in the process, support the community by covering the costs of living there, including electricity, water, food, and transportation to the city when people need to obtain essential items from outside.

This is the House of the Rising Sun, created and shipped off to West Texas, and it wants to come home to Salvage, Texas, where it was born. Interested in living in a tiny house like this? The chance to do so, even own it, may now exist.

One could live here and seldom leave, make a significant income selling the massive inventories, and help build tiny houses that will be added to the community, and in the process, teach others how to do the same in the places they consider paradise, too. Wii can share this and prosper, travel the world to teach others. Wii, those who see the path to salvaging the best of our past, including homes, barns, and buildings, to create an incredible future naturally.

Hopefully we find the person to take the Retreat to the homestead space once Wii customize it for the buyer. This is a great house, with 825 square feet of heated and cooled living space, but it is not taxable as a house. Keep those taxes low as the Loopholers know, the only way to stay wealthy as Wii grow old.

Many want to keep the freedom to determine how they stay healthy, able to reject injections forced upon others through dictates, peer pressure, prizes for letting the poisons that kill be injected into children and elders who suffer the rest of their lives. I do not want to be part of the statistics that continue to show that it was an evil plan, with many who knew the dire consequences it would have for the masses. I want to see the world recognize and stop the stupid acts of men, violent and passive, that are destroying our societies, countries, and innocent people. This is being done intentionally, and the only way to escape the pressure is to have a place to go where it can not impact you.

The concept of Pureblood communities that is evolving will become a motivator for creating new communities that do not want to be impacted by the consequences of the poor decisions many people continue to make regarding their health. The consequences are proving to make them invalids early and force them to depend on others to survive, big PHARMA feeding them monthly, doctors feasting on the waiting rooms filled with prescribers of medicine who rely on it to live. These are crazy times of legal addiction and drug dealers wearing white jackets and void of responsibility for the damage they do to the people who listen to them and take drugs rather than get fit by eating better and getting out into nature, grounding, breathing fresh air, and getting exercise with your daily sunshine quota.

Turbo Cancer is the new health phenomena, an epidemic traceable to the spike protiens that continue to attack the humans who let them enter through needles, resulting in massive heart attacks, blood clots, and health issues that no small community could absorb the costs of and should not be expected to if they were smart enough to refuse the injections that cause the rapid decline in health and dependency on others to survive once too sick to work, waiting to die. So this is a path for the many smart people who would like to have a tiny house that is designed to limit future property taxes, last for a lifetime without getting mold throughout it due to bad designs like THOWs (tiny houses on wheels) are noted for, and falling apart the way trailer houses do, big or small. Tiny Homes are not on trailers, but can be portable for tax reasons, and get better sizing and longevity by choosing a home instead of a trailer/RV.

Furthermore, rather than just rent a space, why not own an interest in it for the rest of your life and not have to worry about the taxes, costs of keeping the land and maintaining it alone, but having the business on the front of the property that produces income and wealth, pays for them to live there without anything but their time spent on schedules that fit their lifestyles. Staying healthy, getting into the garden, and eating well with low stress are essential for maintaining our bodies for a century. This is proven and #Youthing, a way of living that allows you to stay youthful well into your eighties. Yes, it is possible, and I did not believe it at 50. At 70 this October, I see the world much differently, as you can see, and genuinely believe in the path to youthfulness through bio-hacking using nature, light, sound, food, and exercise to add decades of incredible life after 60.

I would like to see us create a community that exemplifies what is possible, and then have the business, Tiny Texas Houses, support those who have proven it through actual results, rather than just words that do not produce tangible outcomes If Wii who can demonstrate #Youthing is possible then go out and share, let others see, hear, and likewise create the communities that will support more proof, along with extraordinary lives for those who live in them. I want to produce results, not just sell products. What I hope to do is inspire others, rather than taking their money with promises of greatness that I often see online. 90% of the offerings to teach and help are people promoting their products with bias that does not prove out to be true based on the results.

I have a Summer Silver Dollar Sale that will give everyone the chance to buy junk silver and quadruple their buying power, that is to make a profit equal to four times what it costs you to buy silver coins and come by your parts, or your house using silver coins at 1/100th of the cost if you uses modern paper money.

You can buy silver coins at pawn shops and from individuals, then triple or quadruple the value by obtaining the parts to build a home, to live in, or sell for significant profits. No one has ever offered such a chance for people to profit instantly without incurring taxes on the gains.

This is a way to save by not paying taxes on the profits from buying junk silver and selling it for 100 times its face value, rather than selling it to a silver dealer and paying taxes on your capital gains based on the profits you make. I am simply taxing on the face value of the coins, thus saving you 90% of the normal sales tax, which can save you $85 per thousand dollars spent on silver purchases. You pay $8.50 per ten silver dollars, or less, at Salvage, Texas, where our sales tax is only 6.75%. How many ways can you take advantage of the loopholes that will let you have your dreams come true at a price you can afford? None better than this, I suspect.

Once, this land had no standing water, and it was home to no beavers, otters, or fish. It barely had enough food to attract the birds in winter, nor to feed the deer, opossum, raccoons, armadillos, cats, foxes, and many other creatures that live here now. All it took was imagination turned into action by one old man who started after 60 to create a special land out of an industrial waste dump. What do you think of it now?

Here is a way to quadruple the value of your savings by simply buying older than 1964 silver coins and cashing them in at Salvage, Texas, to obtain your materials, even the space to put your house in, at 4 times the value for your money. This is a limited time offer that will pay you $100 per silver dollar in modern priced paper money prices so that you can quickly afford the house you never imagined possible and setting yourself up for a place to stay at nearly no cost for life if you become part of the village and creating more houses, a community, and a way to share it around the world. I need help to show others what is possible as Wii practice a lifestyle that makes #Youthing possible.

Salvage your body, mind, and life to create a home for the Spirit to flourish in and thus for the body to thrive, #Youthing our way back to a time when people could live in nature and find bliss, health, and a peace never found in the cities.

Imagine buying all the materials to build a home like that for $250-300 silver dollars. Yes, it is possible, though not identical, windows, doors, floors, trim, and roof, siding, and posts, all included for the creation of your dreams. Better still, a place to put it for ages… in the woods and natural settings. Wow!

This amount of silver coins will buy you $5,000 worth of materials. Imagine what you can do to quadruple your buying power just by purchasing silver dollars and coins, pre-1965, and you can afford the house, the place, and perhaps a way to escape the Matrix after so long in its grip.

$500 in US Silver Coins buys nearly all parts needed to build a Tiny Home that lasts for life. Rarely do people get a chance to cash out.

Imagine long ago when $100 was a 40 hr. week pay and it could support your family, make payments on a house, and leave money for your savings account.

While I can not turn time back, I can make an offer that will make it seem like that time again. How about getting all the parts to build a tiny house for a total cost of $50-$100? Yes, the Super Summer Junk Silver Sale will make it possible to step back in time and buy all the parts you need for your next house build for pennies on the US paper dollars in comparison, the pre-1964 silver dollars, half dollars, quarters, and dimes could buy you a house kit that will cost less than $100 in silver coins, just like the early 1960s.

Imagine this package of doors, windows, flooring, trim, wood wall coverings, wooden ceilings, a loft floor, beams, and hardware, all for the coins that would easily fit in your pocket?

Yes, that means I will give you four times the current value for your old silver coins, allowing you to return to 1964 pricing for doors, windows, and more, if you’re interested in investing in your future. This means that you could go out and pay market value for the silver, then bring it here to quadruple your investment in a day or a week, if it takes you that long to arrive. Once you’re here with your silver, you get to choose doors, windows, and more to take away and manifest your dreams of an organic home. Start a business and make a profit just from selling some of the extra things you could buy outside of just a package of materials for a house.

Incredible vintage hardware, stained glass at a fraction of the paper dollar costs, and so many things, like Japanese Cobalt Blue roofing tiles that would allow you to put the finest roof in the world on your house for pennies on the dollar. Retail pricing from the manufacturer for that roofing you would see on temples in Japan or China is over $1,500 for 100 square feet. Trim pieces can be $25-$150 each. Instead, I can sell you all you need for 50 silver dollars per 100 square feet and trim for silver quarters instead. Interested in upgrading from a cheap, lower-quality American-made concrete tile roof that breaks in heavy hail, or would you like a DEW-proof, fire-proof, and hail-resistant roof up to golf ball size? Why not buy some silver and get a great deal, or better yet, find your old blue books with the collections from childhood to make a chunk of change, and create a new career? Broker materials at significant profit margins or build tiny homes for the unmet demand that is still growing as more Baby Boomers downsize.

How about hardware to be proud of and use for the vintage doors that you could buy for less than the cost at “Home Despots” and “LOWS” big box stores? LOL

Trim, door hardware, great beaded wood, and flooring, or windows with thousands to choose from, you can find a way to spend $200 in silver coins and get a package of materials that could recreate such houses as this. Imagination and taking action are all you need to do; then I can help design and run your crew from a distance, to help you create what you want, not necessarily in Texas. (Though I consider this heaven on Earth.)

How can we build a tiny house as an inexperienced couple? If using Silver Coins, how much for a cheap parts package? $100?

Taking the cheapest route still allows for salvaged windows, doors, and more, although not the finest or prettiest parts, but rather functional and affordable versions, all for under $10,000 in material pack.

An excellent set of questions and answers… You decide. This is the standard package cost, which applies to credit cards, checks, electronic transfers, or paper dollar bills. However, it is significantly cheaper if you bring silver coins, which will be valued at 40 times their face value. Yes, a quarter is equivalent to ten dollars. A Silver Dollar becomes $100 in buying power. Salvage, Texas, and Tiny Texas Houses are turning the clock back on dollar time/value by over 70 years. Buy the materials you want at prices no one has seen since I was a child. Is that enough incentive to inspire some people into action? I hope so, for I am afraid that most people will give up and drop out if there are no great solutions on the horizon soon. Why strive when you can thrive by taking advantage of this simple way to quadruple the value of your money overnight. Find someone who wants to sell their silver coins at market price and then bring them here to get four times that in buying power.

This package of materials will only cost $200 in pre-1964 silver coins. Who else in the world is making an offer like that? Yes, it is limited, as I could run out of materials if this takes off, and I do not plan to restock my massive warehouses once this sale is over. This is the final going-out-of-business sale, which will take the rest of this year to complete. However, now is the time to take advantage of the best selection.

Please comment if you have any ideas as well. Bartering is also an option for buying the parts you may need using an old running tractor you don’t need or lawn mowers, tools, trucks, a forklift (especially a forklift), and you could have all the parts you need to create a home of your dreams, simple or fancy.

As a prospective student, would you like the chance to create homes from salvage for a career as an entrepreneur? Help start a Pure Salvage Outpost and begin building tiny houses to meet the demand in your area. If you use silver, the profits will be extremely high, as the cost of the primary materials will be virtually nothing compared to what you would pay for them in a big box store. They will also be of better quality. Not only will your houses be the best-looking, but they will last longer than any other sort of trailers that claim to be houses on wheels.

This is an example of what the materials are to build a house like the Kidd or Gingered Swann. It is a small guest bedroom or master bedroom size for the space away from the main house. This entire package will cost you only $105 in silver dollars, half dollars, or quarters. Do you know anywhere on Earth you can buy that much for that little change out of your pocket?

Hey Brad, okay, so in educating myself about tiny houses, but exceptionally high-quality, long-lasting, salvaged materials tiny homes of the sort you design and teach others to make, I have been exploring your posts and your YouTube (both channels, Tiny Texas Houses, and Brad Kittel), and learning anything and everything that I can, BEFORE I ever come and do the workshop/s, and before I come to spend the week with y’all before the workshop.

What I would like to ask is not specifics, as you have already told many people that it is just too hard to price things without them being there and picking everything out. However, what I would like to begin asking about are the generalities of prices for packages.

With the advent of the Summer Junk Silver Salvage sellout Sale, you can now get kits for such small amounts of money that big profits or saving tens of thousands on a house is possible if you use pre-1964 silver US coins to buy all the parts you need, except the screws, nails, insulation, and wraps you may want to get from the big box stores. Most of the main parts, even the roofing, can be included in a package for less than nickels on the dollar compared to paper fiat money.

So, I want to approach it from a different angle. Rather than asking, “How much does this cost?” or “How much do all these materials cost?” I want to ask, what can be done and built by a young couple doing the labor and time for $10,000? What can be done for $12,000? What can be done for $15,000?

I’m not talking about fanciful arched windows or old Catholic church custom glass windows. I’m not referring to the most elaborate designs and features. Good, strong, durable, long-lasting, efficient, comfortable, healthy, with good storage and a good work area (for leather craft, until a separate studio/little workshop can be built to move all that stuff out of the living quarters and give a wife some sanity! Haha). Maybe something in the 400-450 square foot range.

Or are we thinking way too low in price, even with us doing the work once we learn how? Next, you could start up a Co-op to build, take orders, and help create housing for the many who want tinier, healthier houses rather than McMansions.

Brad, this seems like such a stupid series of questions for you. Please forgive me; I am trying to learn, and I have really been trying to go through your educational material and all the ideas you have shared, first, before I even asked. I’m not familiar with all the details, and I’m unsure of what I don’t know.

This was the first house, a Tiny Texas Cathouse for 7 of the Fur Babies our client wanted to get out of the main house. This was a solution that they loved. It sold for over $20,000. You could also make playhouses, doghouses, chicken coops, and homes, all with significant profits, and then deliver them locally rather than having us build them in Texas and ship them around the world. We sell you parts at the lowest possible price, and you create great things to sell at reasonable prices, still making big profits.

I also know that this is likely one of those things you can help a potential builder understand, price-wise, once they start coming, learning, and seeing what it’s all about. However, I’ve been thinking about it in the meantime.

How about pricing in a way that makes it possible for nearly anyone to get ahead and make incredible profits by purchasing the cheap, low-grade US silver coins and then buying parts for a fraction of the cost, not even 25% of the new price, and the parts will be better than new?

I am looking forward to building some quality and functional (and trustworthy) bookshelves when I am there.

I want to, as you say, “salvage the best of the past”, so that my books can last……..haha.

My response to these excellent questions.

The skill level of the people comes first in answering that question.

As for the cheapest way to do it, using aluminum salvaged windows or other more affordable alternatives, you could get all the materials, using metal for siding and roof, just a little wood siding for decor, and you could do it for under $10,000 in materials… but the variables like electric, plumbing, and insulation are thousands of dollars difference when you figure what you want. Salvage wiring, boxes, and no one to answer to, no problem. Build the shop with cheaper aluminum. Windows, low-grade floors, and such, then build the house as a master suite without so much tied into that structure.

Fancy is good for looks, but for many, the function is the primary concern; speed of construction is secondary, but cost varies for many and is relative to one’s location, as to how far one’s money will go to buy things. Tiny Texas Houses warehouses have over 130,000 SF of doors, windows, flooring, siding, and more. Thus, you can assemble a package of materials cheap enough to build a house for under $10,000.

Still, it will not be as fashionably modern and cute as those that sell for $150,000 to $260,000, as is common for Factory Mobile Homes, also known as Tiny Houses on Wheels (THOWs), due to the misleading sales pitch that “they are indeed houses.” Wrong! It is not anything of the sort; classified as a garden home, it allows more formaldehyde and other chemicals to exist that are not permitted in real houses by code. I do not like the idea of building on trailers, but instead moving houses on trailers or making them so they could be moved one day if desired, but not to let tires and trailers rot, for the people will seldom move them if they find a place they can be happy and stay at for life. Then the RV is just a pile of trash in fifteen years, and it is dangerous to live in due to mold and other issues.

The package of materials to build this house would be in the $250 range, in US pre-1964 coins. Imagine that you could create such houses and sell them for $45,000 to $50,000 each. Your cost for all the materials would be minor compared to the profit you make from your time, labor, and a few extra items you would need from big-box stores.

I would beg to differ, as most are classified as RV. Thus by federal law, you are not supposed to live in them for more than 48 hours at a time due to health concerns from lack of good air, chemicals outgassing for five years from when they are new, and given they only have a life expectancy of 10-15 years before needing more to keep them dry and safe inside than they are worth by then as they drop half in value when you drive them off the lot, and another half in value over the next five years, more of a decline based on paying more to start with. The decline in the value of RVs is currently a significant concern, despite many people considering them as a full-time living option. There is not enough space to park them and live in them available, so the rents are up to a grand a month in places like Austin, Texas, to park in an RV lot.

If ready, there are even some spaces for houses to be planted in the trees, near the ponds, with the birds, critters, and wildlife alive nearby. Then, please consider planting your home in one of the limited spaces that will become available this year for permanent residents. This is a new offer that will be explained to customers who want to build their homes from salvaged treasures, have gardens, and live organic lives with nature included, not excluded from the neighborhood.

I have many materials that are not expensive, but also not to my style or preferences, which would reduce the cost of building. I started getting fancy after Adam passed away, and I prefer it, but the price is not that much more remarkable. The profits, if you are selling more than, make it a reason to do it right.

Visit Salvage, Texas, and even stay in a Tiny Texas House. At the same time, you shop and select the significant parts for your home to take away and build with on your land, or stay here and create your paradise with a life estate or buyout if the land ever sells, which will give you all you may need to move on to another place if this gets too citified.

TINY TEXAS HOUSES NEWSLETTER

JUL 12, 2025

You don’t need a dollar bill to buy anything, as this is a US coin sale that will only benefit you if you choose to spend a few dollars on coins at our unique vintage store. You may find that you could buy all you need instead to build a house like dear “Miss Lilly” instead of a bag of groceries when you get desperate and cash in your “Junk Silver”. Please, God forbid.

$10 for a junk silver dime is sublime when buying from our treasure troves that were created long ago, when gold and silver were commonly used for money. Copper in the pennies, yes, the old ones, Wii, these businesses, and people who value such things more. Bring your old silver, including dimes, quarters, half dollars, and dollar coins.

Please bring them to us for their value times in times past, when you could buy so much for a quarter, it would blow your modern mind. Imagine using only the coins you find in a folder that grandma and the kids collected a long time ago, without spending a single dollar bill. Wii will give you silver value with a premium that you will know makes your dreams now possible. If you have it, let it grow and become a home, a village, for the family that you love.

Would you believe this is $1,850 in buying power, but the sales tax will be nearly nothing, as it will be shown on the sales ticket as small change? So, there’s no reason to declare what’s not required – the conversion of junk silver into a home. Some sales will get you double normal offers for this sale.

In return, I will sell you flooring, windows, trim, and doors, as well as many other things to build a home or more. I will trade as if these days were back when grandma stashed these coins away for you to have one day when you were bold.

Now’s your chance to cash in and get a treasure for your dreams to come true, rather than spending it at the local store and getting just 25 cents’ worth of value for a silver quarter. Even a dime will make you feel rich when it buys a window or door that will let you create an extra room or tiny house from our store.

Some will question how this is possible, but no worries, it is and legal too. Cash out of the junk silver, thousands of dollars of materials, fill trailers, trucks, and go build all your dreams out with the gifts of your grandparents, parents, and those who saved the junk silver for when they were old. NOW is the time to cash in on the wealth to build a home.

Why not use your dimes and quarters for more than just Chump Change and buy the things for Grandma’s house with the coins that you could bring?

Do not turn in old change for the dollars or the food but examine what the dates are and if they are silver they will do what dollar bills won't.
Imagine that old blue book with scratched up coins being worth a grand or two for you.

Come to us with all you have, and Wii will give you what it’s worth, along with a giant premium and value. Instead of losing such value in these times, when you could buy a window for a dime, a door for a dollar, a house for a thousand dollars in “Junk Silver Chump Change.”

Imagine when a penny was equal to more than a dollar in buying power today. What if you had the chance to use our Old Money that way? I suggest you do, and to make that dream come true, if your stash of real silver coins, not collectible but valuable at last.

Can you imagine what you could do if you had a stash of Junk Silver to use so as to buy an entire house worth of materials for what many people would consider Chump Change?

Create the future you’ve always dreamed of by acquiring all the parts for small change, no dollar bills allowed for the sale prices you will get when you come this summer and fall to Tiny Texas Houses Warehouse liquidation sales and a chance to create incredible houses for Junk Silver hidden away in a box somewhere.

Got some old junk silver collections in the family and want to cash in at many times the face value?
Yes, get healthy by living more simply, having a tiny home with less stress.

This incredible sale just started in July and will last until October 8th, 2025, when I turn 70 years old. Perhaps it will go longer, or it may just all be sold… so bold an offer never made by anyone I know. Can you share and find the people with collections of junk silver and dreams that Wii can then fulfill?

Ask the older people you know who used to collect dimes, quarters, half dollars, and more in their blue books if they have any silver dollars. These can be worth a hundred dollars each. Yes, this is true.
