If I were to strike a deal that would require me to move away, part of it would be to keep the best of the decorations that you see. The form of a composition that is just a stage, indeed, not to code but an abode that was formed during dreams. Nowadays, the codes dictate the climb and tread you need to access the second floor, or any space, indeed, but for centuries, the world used these.

With Rocky protecting me from the middle landing, I can rest assured nobody will get up to the studio where I will write or draw for hours a day. This is his way of saying he loves Mii for he knows we share an unconditional love.

From the Train Depot in St. Louis, where the windows once allowed ticket agents on the back side to do their work and, even more, to help spread light and see each other, an interaction facilitated through the decorative glazing known as glass. In this case, I added my favorite pieces, and with a few screws, it all comes together.

Doors that once had glass are great for beaded wood and more, soundproofing for studios sandwiched in between. Imagine with such hardware, and doors two inches thick, the soundproofing as well as protection from the ills that might be on the outside, locked out secure with looks that kill. With a knocker and a very thick door, you can feel relatively safe, but even more, block the noise from what’s outdoors.

Create A-Door-able ceilings you can remove with a few screws. Beams of Walnut that can come down with a bolt or two as well. Why not just add pieces that can be taken and traveled with? Your favorite things need not end up in the landfill if it brings you happiness to save them and move on. These days, so much gets torn down, and little of it is saved. However, I cherish such things, so I build them to come down again and be used in other creations. Might get sold too. Check with me to see if Wii pulls the trigger and agrees to change our world and perspective.

Stainless steel works great for kitchens, and the sheets that were installed to protect the walls, the glass shelves floating freely, and the entire creation can be easily detached from the wall. Guess what? The stainless steel all started as stainless steel walls in bathroom stalls, commercial style. Split apart with some added art using a wire wheel brush, it becomes a kitchen wall instead of one in the head… navy version.

Savor the chance to create with pieces and parts that you can take with you if the house sells, but the buyers will build something else instead, and you get to keep your goodies, rather than watching them be crushed or burned. Save our Salvage is a path for many to have all they can desire, and keep much of it for their whole life, no matter where they move.
