I am finding the reason to end writing on this platform is that there are constantly fewer readers of what I write, in part due to fewer people getting the posts. Substack wins, writers lose!
Why does a platform discriminate against certain leading writers to be sure their readers don’t get their posts? Why work so hard and blatantly to hide what they have to offer? I have three identities that are subscribed to many authors on Substack. I notice that fewer of their posts reach me than ever before, and the ones written most against the systems in charge — governments and influential people who are taking Americans into hard economic times.
Why is Substack giving so much attention to writers who are not addressing the problems and offering solutions for the many who are seeking them, instead of giving time, money, and attention to the least impactful writings?
Sadly, Substack is effectively having a continuous book burning going on by throwing the group of us that resist giving into the system that is denying us the right to speak freely and be heard in the proverbial “Town Square” which Elon has proven is possible with the transformation of Twitter to X and censoring with a new tact that has slipped by the ever ignorant public.

Why does Stripe seem to blow off subscribers by double-charging and taking so much of the pie for processing, yet doing a horrible job and driving subscribers to drop us due to the rude responses to those who complain about the double-billing, for example?
I have lost 5,000 subs since I came to Substack. Soon, I will be pulling all of my writings that were meant to be offered for free, because Substack is making all my old posts available only to paying customers.
This is not in accordance with the terms we started with, as I do not wish to have my readers charged, and Substack has virtually censored all my writing now if the readers do not want to pay Substack to read.
Why is this allowed despite the many writers and paying subscribers who do not get the posts the writers create with the intention of making them available to readers… period?
This is near the end of November, and I am hoping that my downloads of my stuff from this site will be accessible and usable on another platform as well as on my own sit,e which I will revamp for this purpose, as the “Substack Platform” has clearly taken a role in the information controls and what gets to reach the public eye. Sad, for they really had a convincing argument for a free-speech platform that was needed —and now it’s clearly compromised. I rarely get posts from the most controversial writers who tell the truths that need to be said and are now being hidden, without the writers even knowing they are being censored, blacklisted, shadowbanned, or ghosted.

Adam Brad Kittel passed away at 24, leaving Mii a song, two decades of memories, and regrets I learned from. It took losing my son to awaken my heart, kill off who I was to become “Mii.”
Who are Wii in the different phases of our lives? I was a much different person as a young man. Every decade is so different because of my perspectives and goals at the time. Many of us seem to go through the same phases at similar times in our lives. Is that just a coincidence or part of the planned life that each of us who is really here is meant to live? Are you living life fully, not just being part of the background, distracted and unaware that you are a spiritual being in a body?
What do you create with your energy of soul in a world that seems to want to take your life for money, and feed you poison in the food, the smog, the consequences of living in a dream where technology soon controls how each person lives? Are you in the moment and awake, or in the past, regrets, or future, in fear of the things that truly mean nothing? Focus on the dreams that will do the most good, and you will begin to get your bearings rather than focus on all that could go wrong.
Once upon a time, no water on this land would stand for more than a day after a rain. Now there is constant water, life, trees, beavers, birds, and much more because I imagined it, created the environment, and brought it to life with action and imagination. What will you do with your life, kids? I did not start this until my 60s and did nearly all the digging to manifest these images, fantasy, solo.

So this is to be paid to their asset, Michael Scheiern, who bought the AJ and then threatened me—an extortion attempt—to give him almost all the land, not just what this represents, or face a legal battle to break me.
Does anyone know a good person who does federal lawsuits against the evil banking empire, an honest attorney living in Texas? That should get some comments… LOL.
We can keep all the rewards that come to pay the attorney generously, then use the remainder to help other elderly fpeople ight the banks, like this one, that have tried to eliminate me to circumvent compliance with CERCLA rules to reveal environmentally compromised industrial waste sites instead of hiding them once they have the property in their portfolio. This was an attempt to get around many rules that should apply, but they were ignored.
I have a poster child bank, attorneys, and a true story to use, tell, and educate others with that proves the Constable is our Friend and the only one in the legal system to save me in the end. I want to commend Honorable Constable James Springer for his diligence in protecting the public from unscrupulous attorney factions that try to steal land, and without such men, they would do so unless they stop them. Yes. I commend this team of men as the best I have ever seen in fighting wrongs against their citizens.
I did not understand, and they continued, sued me for supposedly not wanting to pay, and my defence was to tell them the total so I could pay. I lost the battle in court. They refused to give me an honest total and have fended off telling me the truth by adding interest and legal fees, and by sending government officials to the Health Department to antagonize me with lies, for example, claiming no punishment for such fraud against elders.

The mystery is the lack of consistent mailings, as few of my subscribers receive all my posts, let alone comment or like. It appears that the predator bankers from foreign countries that bought our Texas banks questionable money, and are using the customers to take their lands, are winning as they eat their lunch. They do not have to play fair, and there really are no enforceable laws to make them play fair, so they are taking everything they can after refusing to be paid for so long, with legal fees designed to break the average man… they win.
IF I do not find investors to buy the land and building that stores these many parts and pieces I have saved for others to build homes, then they will never have that chance, and so the story goes. The rich will soon own everything, and the rest will have nothing to show but be happy somehow.
I had hoped to see others come to have a home and live in a paradise with animals and trees to share and thrive. The test was when the banks decided that a parking lot would work with a shopping center on the land, and I kicked off, it’s true. So rather than accept the money for several years, they fought to take the land and not give me a leg to stand on if they could. They did. I finally, after years of attempting to get a payoff, got one.
If enough supporters chipped in and were able to fund the $600,000 to pay off the judgment by the predator bankers, then all who participated would own an interest in the building and five acres that will be the place to build, learn, and get the parts to build your dream house, and perhaps even live here for life.
I would love to share the dream, the land, the fantasy of having a place to travel from, and return with friends to watch and care for our community.
Finally, after years of fighting, they told me how much, with three weeks left in the fight. Now, if I do not come up with the money, they will steal the last of Salvage, Texas, land, and then the death of many. Ponds will be filled, trees cut down, and all of nature that can be found here will be dead. The goats and chickens, cats, and more —beavers, otters, birds, and turtles, fish, skunks, and my armadillos —along with Red Wolves and raccoons that live here because of the work I did to create the ponds and forest where they can have the food to live.
The Retreat: Awaiting the final buyer to finish personalizing it with the wrap-around porches and other unique features. Yes, I am letting people load up, add up the value, and go without paying in advance for the parts for their homes. Not just anyone, but those who get hold of us and prove they are good people, with a need for a home and the people to put it together, if I send you home with the parts to do it with. Yes, we can help with the plans. But I can no longer build them for people and hope others will carry on my role.
I want good people to have a chance to build a home, to take a stance and show that it can be done with salvaged materials, and to make it last longer, look better, and be affordable. If it can be proven possible for the people to do this, maybe more will take on the salvage mining and building as a route to self-employment and housing the many homeless who are good people in bad situations. This can be a path to community solutions if the people join in and help. Will they?
Adam is gone, no heirs to carry on, and the time has apparently come to unload a lifetime of dreams that were intended to help his generation recover from my generation’s damage to the world. I am making this offer fully knowing that most will think I am simply crazy, ignore the opportunity, and many will go on as if I never existed. That is life, but for a few, I want to do what I can. Historically, the answer is no. One last try to see if I can inspire others, then I am done. No one had come along to take over the role of creating examples of Pure Salvage Building. Gone is the hope that this would catch on and become a popular method to build healthy, sustainable homes. I cannot change the tastes shaped by giant corporations through advertising, which shape social opinion and tastes.
Life is a big cartoon, for some it is a nightmarish one with challenges. Please help overcome them for the many who need help.

What is the questionnaire for? To help us figure out who those winners will be who go off and build houses with the project materials, financed with the caveat that you will pay later, once the home is built and you can thrive. No one has ever made such an offer, and we want the recipients to be able to complete their dream —not just take a bunch of windows and doors to sell to others or pile them up and never finish building their dream home.
What do you need to do to get a package of materials that will give you most of what you need to build a home?
Where are you doing it?
How will you get the materials to your site? Who is going to help you build it so as so be sure it is possible?
Do you have the funds to buy the nails, screws, and other parts we can’t supply? You cannot complete the tasks without these things; in fact, you cannot get approved to pick up materials without answering these questions.
Do you have access to the tools to do the work?
Do you have a place to store your materials while you are building?
Do you have land to build on? If not, no need for materials.
Do you have the help to bring with you to load the trucks or trailers you bring? I do not have the money to pay to load your stuff too.
Why do you want to build a house out of salvaged materials?
How old are you and your team that will build the house, community, or project? This could be for the community kitchen, a home for an elder, child, or yourself, but there will need to be others to help build it out, and thus be capable.
When can you get here? This will be a scheduled series of arrivals and loading out for a day each, hopefully moving quickly so others can come too. There will be limits on our time and ability to process people.
What will you do for 2025-2026 to create a home for you or one you love?
Are you self-insured for your health or accidents?You will need to sign a liability waiver for your time on the property while gathering and loading. If you get hurt in any way for any reason, it is your responsibility to fix yourself, pay for doctors, and not sue me for trying to give you a chance to build a home. Yes, some would try to sue for the big lottery win, and I do not want anyone like that here on my property.
Are you physically able to load your stuff or walk in warehouses that are not handicapped-accessible? Regrettably, the warehouses are not wheelchair-accessible, and no areas are wheelchair-accessible. The danger and risk are too great, and I cannot ensure anyone’s safety. If you expect me to ensure your safety, stop now. Do not answer questions or think you can come, as I cannot accommodate special needs during this period. I do not have the staff.
As I bring this chapter of my life to an end, you can benefit and grow a career, a home, or an idea. What will you do with this opportunity? Share?
When are you able to come to load, and how many people can you bring to help so that the loading goes quickly?
Are you able to give us some money in advance, or do you need everything provided for free up front? Obviously, we need some money to operate, keep the lights on, and pay the people who will be here to help others, so those who can make an up-front offering will be put at the front of the list.
Having a thousand dollars to start on a whole trailer full of stuff does not seem out of reach or beyond possibility, but I realize it can be impossible for some, and likely means they do not have the means to build out a house, too. We will consider each case and do our best to help those who deserve it most and have the greatest chance of successfully building their homes, to demonstrate to others that this is possible.
Do you have the funds to proceed once we provide the doors, windows, and other parts, or are you dead broke and this trip would wipe out your savings? I do not want this to be your demise, so I want to be sure you can complete the task once you start.
Are you willing to come volunteer and help others load their goods, and possibly participate in some building to learn how to do siding, roofing, or other aspects, as we will keep a couple of projects going for training while these next few months pass?
I have packages that you could use and pay me for in the future, knowing some will not come through, but it is a chance for you to thrive, grow a business, and enjoy being alive to help others.
Depending on the outcome, if we get support and help from others around the world, there might be a school here to teach others how to build. Alternatively, there may only be an empty building and a memory —a vacant building that will house the dead dreams that could have been but never manifested for lack of public interest; it was gathered and meant to house one day. That dream may turn into a giant fire and blaze as the new year arrives.
Ultimately, 30 years of efforts to teach others how to create homes from salvage will be shuttered and left behind. I will write books, maybe never to be read, but assuredly, the opportunity for hundreds to build houses from the saved treasures will be gone forever by the end of the year. I had hoped this facility would provide working spaces for small businesses building chicken coops, dog houses, people houses, and more from salvaged materials, and that this would take off and help many. Instead, no one seems to want to help that dream come true by investing their money, time, or effort, so I can honestly say, as I shutter these operations, that I gave it 30 years and was proven wrong.
Onward, without a great plan to help the many when this is gone. I will write some books for those who do want to build the most environmentally sustainable, healthy houses possible. It was a plan without the necessary support of people who wanted to fix the problems of toxic housing. Clearly, not an issue for the majority of Americans, even though they and their loved ones will suffer for a lifetime because of problems with modern construction. No matter, no worries, no solutions coming down the line, as the builders perpetuate the problem by building cheaper, lower-quality homes and charging more for them year after year as the quality nose-dives.

My goal is to find some people who deserve this opportunity so they can prove to others what is possible. I hope to inspire others to go into the business of salvage mining, salvage building, and hunting down the treasures to save before they rot or burn to the ground. There are some opportunities to come and work the sale for a week at a time to earn all the parts you may need, if you qualify to do some work physically, or helping account for things, track and communicate so that this can happen with volunteers to keep it possible to sell as much as we can at the lowest cost anyone can imagine, lower than Home Depot. However, only on an approved basis for the larger packages, you can bring a crew to load for towns, communities, homestead ranches, farms, and other locations that will share the knowledge, grow careers for local kids, and individuals looking to change course and learn new skills. There is so much potential if you can build locally.
People who come to help load large packages of materials will either have to be self-insured if they want to load or sign liability waivers in case someone gets hurt while loading out the stuff they will be getting at insanely low prices, and in many cases, with great financing or selling for incredible premiums on silver coins. Yes, 100 times the face value for silver dollars, half dollars, and smaller silver coins minted before 1965. If you have some silver saved up and want to get triple what any silver shop will pay, this is the time to fund your materials to build a home with incredible materials. Logistics depend on how big you want to go with the launch. The goal is to put the materials into the hands of those who can build and get paid down the road, and along the way, not all at once.
