Where is that place where you can erase the effects of time and technology by using proper social distancing, and separation from the sources of toxicity, whether it be the EMF, chemicals, traffic, crime, or other stresses that people live with each day? Why stay in the city if you have no need or pity for the collapse of systems you can not repair? Living with other things to occupy your old age is better when the local scene no longer suits your needs. The conundrum of the day for thinkers who might sway to a natural and scientific way to stay okay while the rest of the world faces fear and stress each day.

You have a choice to take action and to be part of the faction most respected by the others who may come to learn what it may bring to life so healthily for so long. Can you share it, be the example, and teach the younger ones the ways so that when the systems falter and the need for food and shelter calls on all to do the things it takes to thrive? Few can do what the elders can, and teaching the kids when needed inspires them to learn because it is their deep concern. It does not matter till they need to know how to do these things, but I believe that soon, many will take to crime instead of doing the hard work if they do not see viable alternatives. They will prefer to take the perks. Laziness is learned, but worse, the habits and lack of achievement, willpower, focus, and determination that lead to perseverance, the loss will hurt the social fabric of
Where do you go to start anew without the things that you won’t do, and a place where you could move on to that lets you come and go or do the traveling that you want to? Who cares for the dogs and cats, the chickens that make eggs for us? Whoever stays will have no fuss, for they may leave when you get back, and care for yours is care for theirs, a simple trade-off by those who care.
Where is the land of honest friends instead of neighbors who rent till the end of the house no one seems to maintain that drops your value too? What do you do when your neighborhood is in the downward cycle as they do? Escape with some value or wait until the crime makes a slum of the community. I made millions in my 30s by fixing up and selling crappy houses in a bad area of East Austin long ago and learned it to be gentrification. First, it must go down, down, down, then the money comes to fix it up, and the poor, the crime, and the bad are pushed out. Why not skip the two decades of a cycle most go through if you can jump out early and find a paradise to start anew? Like the sun and earth, everything turns in cycles, just like us.
Just a thought project for your daydreaming to dabble with as you plan your life for after the coming days of transformations in societies worldwide.

A tribute to the Source of frequency that allows trees to exist in a world of life forces that few see persist. Energy in cells remain in stasis, still protecting us with Love incarnate.
For a 2-story house that only counts 1 for taxes, these are not rooms. Loopholology in Texas is a fine thing to know if you want to save on taxes and also have wealth grow.
To me, a tree is a Being of life. Though it cannot speak, I respect its alive and preserve it by forming my cottages, houses, and more from the energy stored in each board. Few seem to think of the thousand years plus that these trees of the past lived before then being cut. Sliced into pieces that built many homes and a generation that did it with human energy alone. Respect for their labors, the trees they cut down, the mills, and the slavery that makes the saws all go round. The Lumber Barons paid with tokens, not dollars or cents, until laws were passed here to make them pay and act decent. Twas the mid-1930’s when the workers won out, and the legislature passed the laws that would rout the Barons who had near cut all down.
The Barons seeing profits lost, left for the Northwest, worked the Chinese to death, and abandoned the acreages stripped of the best of the trees that had still been left in the West. Sadly the Cypress, Long Leaf Pine too, are now, for the most part, extinct to be used. But there is a great stash of these giants of old that could be brought back into the new building fold. The codes could allow it, but most of them won’t, for the corps that control it do not want it out. Consider the options, especially in small towns where the variances can be put up to put down the national codes that are profiteer bound by forcing the public to use trash to build now.
Join me in building a quality house that is small, even tiny by many standards, designed to loophole around taxes and more, legally. It will let you have people who live near your home in their own master suites and share your land, gardens, and chores, yet not be in your house where you don’t want them to roam. It will help you do many of the chores, if the right people come, perhaps raise the grandkids with skills, not just scores on a test by the feds to make drones of young ones. I hesitated through the winter and waited, but a storm did take its due. A broken glass, a bit of water, Dirt, and dust but no webs or wasp nests. She can be brought back to life and, for a hundred years, do right, but first, wii have to pack her up and truck her to a brand new spot.
Yes, she needs a bath and oil, a massage you might say she’d enjoy. A bunch of Hemp oil on her wood, and she will light up bright as she should. After a decade of neglect, she still looks good and will last on a century or more in style if we move her a few hundred miles. The beauty of a transportable home is that it can still move and roam. Not tied to wheels but can be on while cruising down the highways on special trailers made for this job and people who know what it’s about.
So dirty, but not deep down where wii can not go in and clean. Oil the floors so they will swell and fit together oh so well. See the colors and the grain. Milk paint lasts, and oil holds it in.
The paint faded after a decade in the desert sun, yet the wood is fine. Cypress and the Long Leaf Pine are good for several hundred years, but these need oil and paint again to bring her back to life, my friends.
It’s been a while since she left home. Like the Tantra Temple shown here, they have lived a great life to start so far, and now this one has a new life in store. Who will the owners come to be? Perhaps that could be you or me. I am trying to bring home my babies, who once had to roam. What are you looking to create for a home you can live in for a healthy life long, savoring the journey unlike the throngs of people in the cities, suburb farms?
So many could create tiny villages on land that stay in the family as a trust for those who will help care for the gardens, animals, and trees. The people who help watch when you are gone feed the critters and train the kids. Those are the people of the towns once upon a time, back when I was a kid, and perhaps you, my friends. But today’s kids know little of the villages that have gone away, lost by those who left to the big cities to find work, now wanting to go home. Where the heart is when wii get old is not the same as when wii were young. Our values run in cycles. The things wii want as kids are not the items on the list to grab and then take with us as wii downsize into smaller digs.
What will you take from the past you hold in your hands, your house, your old storage buildings, or your garage? For hoarders, it’s a question, a collector you must see spent his life and passion for learning what few will see. Truly once wii see how our collections come to be the anchors that may hold us back from moving forward, as you know, they act as anchors with the home that holds your memories.

If you don’t own a helmet, buy 1 now for Hail’s Sake! Yes! Protect yourself because your roof will not & there is no hiding spot but many do not understand this danger is real.
This is not to scare you without cause or make you fear without reason. It is simply a warning to prepare if you care for the ones you love and your brains. These are not marbles or goofballs. These are moving at 100 miles an hour and will go through a typical Tiny House on Wheels, RV, Mobile home, Manufactured home, track home, and frankly, unless you have metal, with solid lumber or 3/4” thick plywood, perhaps baked tile roof, they will hammer it to shreds or go right through and likely injure anyone below them within 8 feet. They are like small rocks until they reach 4 inches, which is lethal to all they collide with: pets, people, livestock, and even horses.
For those few people who may think that an RV or THOW is safe from this size of a projectile moving at 100 mph like the rock dropped on the car that just killed a 20-year-old driver as it went through the windshield, it will kill you. Sadly, that rock was dropped by three stupid kids, and it is horrible, but an example of what one hailstone this size will do to a human, especially a small child.
This roof was made out of recycled rubber that looks like slate tile and would likely take some serious hail without showing any damage. Wii have ways to protect tiny houses if you build them right to start with.
This warning is because the last two hailstorms have been producing monsters but this next round of storms will become a record-maker and I am concerned due to the massive numbers of people now living in the sadly over-rated THOWs that have been sold for hundreds of thousands of dollars that have no structural integrity to protect anyone inside from anything like the pictures on the left above, or the top picture, as well as the winds that will go with this potential straight line of storms that will reach from Texas to Michigan over flooded tornado ridden territory as it goes.
These are not just Texas phenomena. Please take precautions if you live in a tiny house, especially one that does not have any real thick wood above your head with tile, thick metal, 3/4” plywood under it with substantial quality wood 2.4s, 2×6, or better a second-floor or thick real wood loft to slow the projectiles that will penetrate the first layer if you sleep in one of those coffin lofts. GET below the lofts and hopefully have one good safe closet made with more than a thin layer of outer metal siding, 2×2, and the other inferior materials used to keep the weight light and travel on wheels, as is the case with nearly all RVs, Motor Homes, THOWs, and other such fantasy craft for land touring at the expense of your health and longevity, your youth.
I will leave it at that for now. My many essays on healthy living, youthful longevity, and tiny organic grounded life espouse with exemplification what works to live a long time and love every minute of it. Please take precautions during these intense storms, and trust me, you will have more opportunities to wear and take care in the future. This is the beginning of more significant storms than any you have seen, no matter how old you are.

I have been working on the edits for what I hope will be the beginning of a series of books on How to become a Salvage Miner, Builder, Hunter, or community. The Pure Salvage Living Rennaissance is about to take off as imports and toxins that are part of the past 50 years of construction standards are proving to be out of touch with the reality of the generations needing housing, the ability to grow food in the community, to have codes that do not violate nature and village for the sake of corporate profit from afar. Big Box stores do not create benefits for the people but instead addict them to the cheap, disposable everything mentality that is trashing the world. The people who use all the products with plastic are killing nature.
So what do Wii do? Change the way wii lives each day. Our village or community is supposed to work together, but some are violators, and thus there is conflict. How the people deal with the coming social collapse of technology, economy, weather, and money will be historic. Some will thrive, and others wish they were not alive, but the world will continue. Mankind, that is up to us, all the “I”s of the planet that can form a plan, a future after the governments transform as they will soon do, the digital currency being a Red Line, will separate the society in many ways. Some will go underground entirely, others willingly tracked through digital privilege and granted access to funds based on social scores or more. It amounts to the ultimate control, like Nigeria is learning, or use FB for examples.

How long has it been since you started looking in on the paths that you might take when the day comes that you realize downsizing is inevitable if rising to the changes in housing needs? For those who choose to keep big houses, heat them up, maintain the taxes, lawn, roof, and swimming pools too, not to mention homeowner fees or the insurance. I understand that some may think it’s only money, no big stink… but most of us just begin to feel the pinch of dollars shrinking till our privates are near being, but before wii realize it hurts.
So if this year is one to choose the path out before all you lose is the house called your savings that seems to cruise down in value by the day. What do you say as the winds blow to say that the cold is expensive too, as the gas goes up and the food does too, the people who work need more $ than you could ever have imagined in an hour would be paid, but the SS and retirement can’t keep up to the pace? So what to do if you rent or do not need the extra house? Plan a way out now by joining with those who are finding they face this too; it’s the only way you can do what you need without ending up in an old folk feed farm staring at the walls.
Create community through the unity of the others who know, too, that if you Unite, you can take your flight to a family farm where you and the others can do what it takes to make a great life for all of you. Sometimes it takes a village to survive and thrive when times are hard, and most won’t survive without the help of one sort or another so why not form a group of those that you can trust and make a home? Though tiny, so much space to roam and share the kitchen, friends, and chores with people there to care for those kittens and dogs when you have to go.
Yes, this is the life many want to know, where the garden to share lets the members grow all it takes to live well, chickens and eggs, and to sow the community with unity and love that only grows. Please prepare to share, be together for each other, and give so that all can thrive instead of just a few who do but ignore all others’ plight.

I began Tiny Texas Houses to prove what is possible using 95% salvaged materials to build sustainable energy-efficient houses that could be ported to the paradise that others might be making in the world. After more than 75 different designs, from as small as 10’x10’ to as large as 12×30 with a giant loft, they form a collection of examples of what is possible, can be beautiful, and profitable to create. The goal was to inspire millions of others to consider this alternative to the big sheetrock boxes that have become the homes of today, many with nothing more than laminated paper-thin layers of wood over particle board with glues that outgas chemicals in the house. Real wood with character or color naturally is becoming hard to find in new houses, let alone wood floors and cabinets that are not created using chemicals and processes that will take years to outgas and finally make for safe habitat.
Now, as I set about dismantling the business entity and rare assets, it is good to review the purpose and motivation behind concepts and ideas that people create, nurture, and then watch die… if they live that long.
Many people do not consider how many life hours are invested into every incredible dream that is realized through hard work and a life of dedication. What drives people to do the work, to create the solutions to problems is often the money to be made from such business endeavors but some of us do it because it needs to be done, to be demonstrated by example as possible, not just to talk about how it could be done.

Decades later the generations reclaim their heritage and memories by saving what is left to build their future for their kids from a past they are proud of, though simple hard-working folks. This was the house that grandma lived in so very long ago that we salvaged for the wood to make the new Aunt Lilly to be proud and hold their family one more time, brought back to life somehow.

Build more from the treasures that will never be replaced if thrown in the landfill or burned, left rot, or die wasted. Instead, the ancestors built without credit but instead with blood, sweat, and tears to raise big families through drought and storms. I believe there is an energy in memories, heritage, and history that should not be forgotten or thrown away. It is hard to put a horse down you have raised since born from your imagination as a kid of 30 years old or more. Having ridden that horse for decades, with a goal on the far side of reality, a place few dared to venture, and across many a chasm no other horse would go, nor the rider who coached him to believe that they could do it. Then one day they get old and fall just enough short that the horse is ripped from between my legs, the saddle falling with my horse into the jagged canyon, never to be brought back up as I pulled myself up to the safely of flat ground from the trees I caught on the edge as I tried to hold him with my thighs and feet. I could not do it and though I have made it to the far side of the longest canyon I may ever reach, having lost my faithful steed that had given me so much strength and hope. As he fell, the parts of him ripped and stressed, I cried, knowing jumping in after my faithful steed would do no good. Finally I realized I must move on and thanked his spirit as it rose from below with all the love I could have for a dream made real then lost in time. Thus is the story and epitaph of the steed I called TTH, Tiny Texas Houses where his stall and memories for now live strong, but in time will fade away as I move on across my new plateau exploring what I still may do but lonely, lost, without my trusty steed, no more chasm ever so great to leap again. Let us say one guy who wants 30 or whatever 60 houses only had to say they would be Vicky Two or Blue Moon sized average windows and doors, style, etc as packages that could be used to create 6 Retreat or Big Brother-sized examples I spent a decade creating for you to use for examples of what a house package can be. It is never the exact same parts, windows, doors, etc. Maybe for 15 houses created out of common-looking single pane double hung sashes.
So if that is not enough, I told you I have plans like the Cowboy Cabin sent plans, and sent shots of the actual building plans for three sizes which would be three house packages used to create a big, medium and tiny house at 12×12 being the smallest with kitchen and bath. Will you build it on-site or try to ship it to you from a site in Gonzales where that is what you could do?
Included is an example as spelled out in articles and propositions, three houses packaged configured to create different instead of three all same size 12 x 20. 12+20+26 =58 linear feet of houses with lofts to stand and sleep in… for your example uses the extra two feet for more features or aspects of spice and flavor.
